About The Role
You don’t just style you create moments that make clients feel confident, seen, and inspired. We’re looking for a Fashion Advisor who brings a strong sense of style, emotional intelligence, and a passion for luxury service. In this role, you’ll guide clients through a personalized journey, helping them discover pieces that reflect their identity. You’ll combine product knowledge with intuition, ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful, elevated, and memorable.
What You’ll Be Doing
- – Deliver a highly personalized styling experience tailored to each client.
– Build strong, lasting relationships to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
– Share product knowledge and styling advice with confidence and authenticity.
– Achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
– Ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s image through visual and personal presentation.
What We’re Looking For
- – Emirati national with a valid family book (required).
– Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
– A strong sense of style and understanding of fashion trends.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build trust and connect with a diverse clientele.
– Confidence in achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
– A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
– A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
