Commercial Manager

About The Role

We’re looking for a Commercial Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong leadership and a results-driven mindset. In this role, you’ll own the commercial strategy, ensuring all functions work together to maximize revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
You’ll act as a key operational partner, overseeing marketing, retail, wholesale, and HR while aligning the wider team to deliver consistent, high-impact results.

What You’ll Be Doing

– Own and drive the brand’s commercial strategy across all channels.
– Lead revenue growth, profitability, and KPI performance across retail and wholesale.
– Oversee marketing, retail, wholesale, and HR functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
– Manage and align cross-functional teams to deliver on commercial targets.
– Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and implement growth strategies.
– Act as a key operational partner, ensuring smooth and efficient execution across the business.

What We’re Looking For

– 10+ years of experience within luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
– Strong GCC market experience with a solid commercial and P&L mindset
– Proven track record in driving sales, profitability, and business growth
– Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
– Leadership experience with the ability to align, coach, and motivate teams
– An entrepreneurial, start-up mentality with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach
– Existing network within the region to support business development and growth
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, including Founder and CFO
– Currently based in the GCC
– Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment

Package includes 

– Competitive salary of AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month
