About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to join one of our esteemed clients in the luxury retail sector. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring personalized and seamless service.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

• Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored solutions in line with luxury brand standards.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure exceptional client journeys.

• Handle client feedback, inquiries, and requests with discretion and professionalism.

• Maintain detailed client profiles to support personalized engagement and exclusive offers.

• Support in organizing private events, clienteling initiatives, and exclusive brand activations.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in client relations, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-profile clientele.

• Discreet, professional, and committed to delivering excellence.

• Knowledge of luxury brands, fashion trends, and clienteling practices is highly desirable.
