CRM Assistant – Luxury Retail Fashion
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Assistant to join a leading luxury fashion retailer. In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting the brand’s client relationship strategy — helping to strengthen customer engagement, enhance data quality, and deliver exceptional experiences both in-store and beyond.What You’ll Do
Client Relationship & Data Management
Support day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry from store teams.
Maintain and update customer profiles to enhance personalization and client understanding.
Assist in tracking client interactions, sales performance, and loyalty metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure all CRM data complies with company privacy standards and policies.Clienteling & Campaign Support
Coordinate CRM campaigns and communication initiatives to drive client engagement and retention.
Work closely with retail teams to ensure proper execution of CRM actions and follow-ups.
Help segment client lists for targeted messaging and assist with campaign performance analysis.
Prepare client reports and dashboards to support store and management teams with actionable insights.Customer Experience & Retail Support
Assist in developing strategies that improve the overall in-store client journey.
Support clienteling tools and training for retail teams to enhance customer connection and service quality.
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams during events, promotions, and client engagement activities.What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience or internship in CRM, marketing, or fashion retail (luxury background preferred).
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms or clienteling systems is a plus.
High attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset and passion for luxury fashion.
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.Why This Role Matters
