The Managing Director will lead the company’s strategy and operations in the UAE and KSA, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions to deliver high-level services to clients, drive business growth, and maintain profitability. The MD will oversee the operational and financial health of the company, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and guide teams through key challenges, while promoting a positive, multicultural work environment. This role requires an experienced leader with deep knowledge of the Middle Eastern market who can strategically manage and grow operations, while aligning with the company’s values and objectives, and adapting to the evolving communications landscape. Key Responsibilities: • Define and deliver the company’s regional strategy and global structure • Oversee and guide senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals • Drive profitability, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives • Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially within luxury and high-profile sectors • Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency’s market presence • Lead cross-functional collaboration and foster a high-performance culture • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across departments • Represent the agency at industry events and key stakeholder meetings • Support talent development, retention, and HR strategy • Provide regular reporting to the Managing Partners on company performance Requirements: • Proven experience in a senior leadership role (GM, MD, COO) in the region • Strong knowledge of PR, communications, events, and business development • Solid understanding of the UAE and KSA markets • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) • Flexibility to travel frequently Preferred Skills: • Experience with luxury brands and high-profile clients in the region • Strong industry network in the Middle East • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving environments
