What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries

  • Manage office supplies and place orders when stock runs low

  • Keep common areas tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment

  • Schedule meetings, book rooms, and help coordinate travel or events when needed

  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document management

  • Support team leaders with simple admin tasks like calendar updates or printing materials

  • Work with suppliers, couriers, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Help onboard new team members with desk setup, IT coordination, and welcome materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus

  • A natural multitasker who stays calm and efficient even on busy days

  • Great communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude

  • Organized and detail-oriented—you’ll keep things on track and on time

  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic software tools

  • Willing to pitch in wherever needed to support the team
