About The Role

In this role, you’ll support daily operations, ensuring teams stay aligned, informed, and efficient. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate communications, maintain records, and ensure all administrative processes are handled seamlessly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- – Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
– Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications across teams.
– Maintain organized records, documents, and filing systems with accuracy.
– Support teams with follow-ups, reporting, and day-to-day coordination.
– Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and internal materials.
What We’re Looking For
- – Emirati national with a valid family book (required).
– Previous experience in administration, coordination, or similar roles is preferred.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Good communication skills with a professional approach.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
– Flexibility to adapt to different teams and operational needs.
