HR Intern

Role Description:

• This is a full-time, on-site paid internship based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with      recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, and coordinating employee benefits.
• This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn and grow. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time position, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term career development within a growing recruitment consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge of core Human Resources practices and principles.
• Understanding of HR management processes, including recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with HR policy development and implementation.
• Exposure to or knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
