Site Engineer

About The Role

We’re looking for a Site Engineer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to quality. In this role, you’ll oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with project plans. You’ll coordinate teams, monitor progress, and ensure every stage of the project meets the required standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• – Supervise daily site operations to ensure work is completed on time and to specification.
  – Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth workflow.
  – Monitor project progress and report on timelines, issues, and updates.
  – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  – Review drawings, plans, and technical documents to guide site execution.

What We’re Looking For

• – Emirati national with a valid family book (required).
  – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  – Previous experience in construction or site supervision is preferred.
  – Strong understanding of engineering drawings and site processes.
  – Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  – Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  – Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  – A team-oriented and proactive mindset.
