What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries
Manage office supplies and place orders when stock runs low
Keep common areas tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming environment
Schedule meetings, book rooms, and help coordinate travel or events when needed
Assist with basic data entry, filing, and document management
Support team leaders with simple admin tasks like calendar updates or printing materials
Work with suppliers, couriers, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
Help onboard new team members with desk setup, IT coordination, and welcome materials
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus
A natural multitasker who stays calm and efficient even on busy days
Great communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude
Organized and detail-oriented—you’ll keep things on track and on time
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic software tools
Willing to pitch in wherever needed to support the team
