Sales Supervisor
About The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor who combines leadership, commercial awareness, and a passion for client experience. In this role, you’ll oversee showroom operations while ensuring the team delivers consistent, high-quality service. You’ll manage schedules, support your team, and ensure everything runs smoothly while driving performance and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- – Manage daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- – Create and manage team schedules, including rotas, days off, holidays, and sick leave.
- – Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- – Monitor performance and drive sales, profitability, and overall store success.
- – Ensure service standards are consistently delivered across all customer interactions.

- – Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail or a similar environment.
