About The Role

We’re looking for a Travel Consultant who brings passion, attention to detail, and a strong sense of customer care. In this role, you’ll guide clients through their travel plans, offering tailored recommendations and seamless booking experiences. You’ll combine knowledge, service, and organization to ensure every journey starts smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• – Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and packages.
  – Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
  – Handle bookings, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
  – Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry requirements.
  – Ensure all client interactions are professional, smooth, and service-focused.

What We’re Looking For

• – Emirati national with a valid family book (required).
  – Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
  – Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  – Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  – Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests.
  – Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems.
  – A customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
  – Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
