Boutique Manager

About The Role
We’re looking for a Boutique Manager who combines strong leadership with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. As part of a small luxury womenswear brand, you’ll play a key role in both day-to-day operations and overall business performance. You’ll take full ownership of the boutique, leading your team, building client relationships, and ensuring every detail reflects the brand’s identity and standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
– Drive sales performance, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.
– Lead, coach, and motivate a small retail team to deliver exceptional service.
– Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and drive clienteling initiatives.
– Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards across the boutique.
– Manage scheduling, stock awareness, and overall store performance.
– Take a hands-on approach across all aspects of the business, supporting where needed.

What We’re Looking For
– Strong experience in luxury retail, ideally within womenswear or fashion
– Proven track record in driving sales and boutique performance
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
– A hands-on, start-up mindset with the ability to adapt in a smaller business environment
– Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills
– Strong understanding of luxury service and brand representation
– Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven approach
– Polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury brand

Bonus if you have:

– Experience working within small or emerging luxury brands
– Strong personal client book or VIP client exposure
– Fluency in additional languages
