We at Sensate Talent are seeking an accomplished and service-driven Assistant Boutique Manager to join a confidential ultra-luxury retail brand. The role supports the Boutique Manager in ensuring seamless operations, delivering a world-class client experience, driving sales performance, and upholding the brand’s prestige.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
Support in achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets.
Ensure every client receives a personalized, exceptional luxury experience.
Resolve customer concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in cultivating loyal, long-term client relationships and nurturing VIP clientele.Team Support & Leadership
Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of boutique staff.
Motivate and guide team members to maintain ultra-luxury service standards.
Manage staff schedules and ensure operational coverage during peak times.Operations & Boutique Presentation
Uphold the boutique’s presentation to the highest global standards.
Oversee inventory control and ensure stock is consistently available.
Support implementation of security and loss-prevention strategies.Marketing, Events & Clienteling
Assist with in-store activations, exclusive client events, and promotions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance client engagement and boutique visibility.
Contribute to B2B initiatives and private client outreach.Financial & Reporting
Monitor daily sales reports and assist with financial tracking.
Provide insights on customer trends and opportunities for growth.
Support Boutique Manager in meeting budgetary and profitability goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales performance and boutique growth.
Customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
Team development and adherence to service excellence.
Inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Effectiveness of events and clienteling initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end brand environments.
Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering ultra-luxury client experiences.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Commercial acumen with proven sales achievement.
Fluency in English (additional languages highly valued).
