Job Title: Business Manager


Company: Luxury Jewelry Brand
Location: Dubai, UAE (Full-time On-site)
Reports to: Founders / Board of Directors
Direct Reports: Sales & Operations Supervisor, Senior Accountant
Dotted Line Reports: Marketing Manager
Indirect Reports: Jewelry Consultant (reports into Sales & Operations Supervisor)


Role Purpose


The Business Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, commercial execution, and channel performance. This role focuses on sales leadership, partner management, pricing discipline, and operational execution, while working closely with the founders on strategy and business direction. 


It is a hands-on growth role designed for a strong commercial leader who wants to scale with the brand and grow into broader responsibility over time.


Key Responsibilities


1. Commercial & Revenue Leadership


  •  Drive top-line revenue across:

  •  Direct sales

  • Wholesale, consignment, and collaborations

  • Manage key retail and wholesale partners and day-to-day commercial relationships.

  • Monitor sell-through, stock rotation, and channel performance.

  • Execute pricing, discounting, and promotion policies in line with brand positioning.

  • Identify growth opportunities across channels, products, and markets.


2. Sales Operations & Execution


  • Translate commercial plans into clear weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.

  • Support negotiations with partners under founders’ guidance.

  • Ensure strong execution across retail, online, and wholesale touchpoints.


3. Financial & Performance Management


  • Own commercial KPIs including:

  • Revenue by channelo Gross margin contribution

  • Sell-through and inventory efficiency

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking in collaboration with finance.

  • Monitor costs and commercial efficiency within approved budgets.

  •  Prepare clear performance reports and insights for founders.


4. Team Leadership & Development


  • Lead and develop the sales and operations team.

  • Set clear targets, priorities, and KPIs.

  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture.

  • Support hiring and onboarding of commercial roles as the business grows.


5. Brand & Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns, launches, and collaborations with sales objectives.

  • Ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all sales channels.

  • Champion customer experience and after-sales excellence.

Profile & Experience


  • 5–10 years experience in commercial, sales, or business management roles.

  • Strong background in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or premium brands.

  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage key accounts.

  • Solid commercial and numerical understanding (pricing, margins, KPIs).

  • Hands-on, execution-focused, and growth-oriented.

  • Ambition to grow into broader leadership responsibility over time.
