Call Center Agent – Luxury Retail Fashion
We’re looking for a professional, service-driven Call Center Agent to join a leading luxury fashion retailer. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and personalized service.
What You’ll Do
Customer Service & Communication
Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Provide accurate information on products, services, store locations, and ongoing promotions.
Assist clients with order placements, returns, exchanges, and general service requests.
Maintain a courteous and empathetic approach to ensure a luxury-level customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Client Relationship Support
Capture and update client information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
Assist in identifying and following up with potential leads and returning customers.
Collaborate with retail and CRM teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Support the coordination of after-sales services and ensure smooth communication between store and client.
Operational Excellence
Adhere to company communication and service standards across all channels.
Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
Participate in regular training to stay updated on brand collections, policies, and systems.
Contribute to achieving service KPIs including response time, quality, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or retail support role (luxury or fashion experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and remain detail-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems; experience with ticketing platforms is an advantage.
