Customer Service Specialist – Luxury Retail

Are you passionate about luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We’re looking for a polished, attentive, and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s high-end retail team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping to create a warm, personalized, and seamless experience that reflects the brand’s premium standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail

  • Handle inquiries via email, phone, and in-person with grace and clarity

  • Support sales by guiding clients through product selections and providing thoughtful recommendations

  • Manage orders, track deliveries, and coordinate returns or exchanges efficiently

  • Maintain client records and contribute to building strong long-term relationships

  • Assist with in-store presentation to ensure a polished and inviting environment

  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deliver a flawless customer journey

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and service improvements

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role—luxury or premium brand experience is a plus

  • A genuine passion for high-end fashion and exceptional service

  • Polished communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor

  • Comfortable using POS systems, CRM tools, and standard office software
