We’re looking for a hands-on and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll help keep commercial and residential properties running smoothly by supporting daily maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the spaces remain safe, functional, and well-managed.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage and coordinate daily maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties

• Respond to emergency repair needs and ensure the right support is in place when issues arise

• Keep track of tools, spare parts, and equipment, and ensure everything is properly recorded

• Oversee maintenance schedules and make sure installations and repairs are done safely and on time

• Monitor preventive maintenance plans and follow safety protocols during work

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, servicing, and routine maintenance

• Support on-site operations, inspect ongoing work, and help ensure contractors deliver work to the right standards

• Assist in developing and implementing improvements or upgrades where needed

• Help resolve minor issues, gather technical input, and escalate complex problems when necessary

• Provide input into budgeting for your area and help keep costs under control

• Prepare snagging reports for properties and follow up on their completion

What We’re Looking For

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification

• 0 to 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field

• A practical mindset with a willingness to learn on the job

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working across different sites

• A proactive communicator who can collaborate with teams, vendors, and property managers

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance schedules and basic safety practices is a plus
