Project Planner 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Planner to join our client’s planning team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Planning Manager to support scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on project timelines. Ideal for fresh graduates with a civil engineering background, this position offers valuable experience in project planning and coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules

• Support in resource planning and progress tracking

• Conduct project performance monitoring and reporting

• Coordinate with site teams and project managers for timely updates

• Assist in preparing presentations and project documentation

• Occasionally visit sites to gather progress information

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience

• Strong English communication and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge of Primavera software (preferred but not required)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn project planning tools
