Key Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies • Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction • Support with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain a clean and well-presented store • Handle customer queries, complaints, or returns professionally and efficiently • Process transactions at the point of sale accurately and responsibly • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations Requirements: • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service mindset and a passion for sales • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays • Well-groomed, professional appearance and a positive attitude • High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills: • Experience working with luxury or high-end brands • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus • Familiarity with POS systems and CRM tools
