Site Engineer 

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Site Engineers to join our client’s project team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Engineer to support day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to begin their career in civil engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Project Engineer in managing daily on-site construction activities

• Monitor work progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on project requirements

• Prepare daily site reports and update project documentation

• Assist in inspections, approvals, and site problem-solving

• Contribute to timely and smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative on site
